Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–6 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 8 working days.
2. Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small fee of ₹49 applies.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use it to follow your package in real time.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
5. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and requested within 5 days of delivery with an unboxing video. Some products (like personal care items or custom orders) are non-returnable.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available for size-related issues (on eligible products) or if you receive a defective/wrong product. Please raise a request within 5 days of delivery.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. For prepaid orders, refunds are issued within 1–2 working days after cancellation.
8. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Frequent cancellations may lead to COD being disabled for future orders.
9. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
